The space On the ground floor: - large living room with fireplace and 2 sofas; TV/DVD player - dining room: 2 square tables, with extensions - large equipped kitchen (large width stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, high chair...) with zinc table On the 1st floor: - 1 bedroom: 1 double bed & an en-suite shower room - 1 bedroom: 2 single beds convertible into a double bed - 1 bedroom: 2 single beds convertible into a double bed - 1 bathroom with double sinks & toilet On the 2nd floor: -1 bedroom: king size double bed and a child's bed Washbasin & toilet area -1 large attic room with 4 single beds Washbasin & shower area Shutters in all the rooms. In my garden: swing, trampoline, ping pong table, deckchairs, tables, chairs, barbecue. Sheets, towels, and cleaning are included. Shops in the village: supermarket, bakery and coffee/Tobacco Tourist and very beautiful region: Epoisses, Montreal, Semur en Auxois, Avallon, Vézelay, Serein River, Cure Valley...
