This area leads out to a terrace. There is one room with two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. The kitchen opens out to the garden. On the ground floor, there is also a shower/WC. The upper level has one room with a French bed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and access to the terrace. Another room on this floor has two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and a terrace exit. There is also a bath/WC on the upper level.
