The house has an area of 80 m2, a living room of about 40 m2 with a large 6m window and an exit to the terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and additionally a sofa bed in the living room. Each room has a temperature control programmer. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer. Monitored parking for 10 cars.
