The Fishing Lodge - lakeside setting

The Fishing Lodge sits on the astride the Sydling Brook and the Langford lake - the most ideal location for either relaxing away from the hub bub or a dream location for an angler. Fishing is not included with the cost of the stay however can be organised directly with the Estate for either day or the complete duration of your stay. The space The Kitchen is well equipped with large fridge / freezer, range electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster and plenty of crockery. Includes a Tassimo coffee machine by Bosch suitable for Tassimo coffee pods. The Living area is open plan to the kitchen room with traditional dining table with plenty of seating and soft seating facing the corner fireplace. TV with freesat and DVD player, 4G wifi. Heating is electric radiators throughout the property. Open log fires are able to be used in both the main living area and the covered veranda. A small supply of logs is provided with additional able to be purchased at the time if required. WIFI and Broadband is available throughout the property and is provided via an unlimited 4G connection. Bedroom 1 is on the south side of the property with external door, twin / super king beds. Bedroom 2 is on the north of the property facing the lake with twin or superking beds. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms and is centrally placed with shower, separate bath, wc and wash basin. Other things to note Bed linen and hand towels are all provided (but please bring your own beach towels), as well as tea-towels and essential cleaning materials. A small supply of logs are provided, and additional logs can be purchased on request. The lodge can be let on either a weekly basis, or at certain times of the year from a part week basis (either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday). Changeover for weekly lets are on a Friday unless otherwise stated.
