On the beautiful Tuscan coast of Monte Argentario, within the exclusive Calapiccola consortium, we rent a holiday home consisting of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Giglio. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners under the starry sky, as well as an umbrella and sun loungers. Our guests have the right to access the large panoramic swimming pool and the solarium and also the exclusive equipped beach club, where they have reserved an umbrella with relative deckchairs. All included in the price of the stay. The bathing establishment is also equipped with a bar and restaurant open also in the evening. The house is suitable for both a couple and a family with 2 or 3 children. . The house has a reserved parking space. For those who wish, towels and kitchen linen and sheets are provided, at no additional cost. Domestic utilities and initial and final cleaning are also included in the price (with the hope that the house will be left in civil conditions anyway ....) For the 2023 season, the prices of the stay have remained almost unchanged, despite the sharp increase of electricity and gas. We count on the sensitivity of the guests to avoid waste, especially in the use of air conditioners. As regards the days of arrival and departure there are no particular obligations but we would like not to leave empty spaces between a booking ion and the other. From the end of June to the first week of September (approximately) a shuttle service will be operational which, at fixed and frequent times, will shuttle between the bathing establishment and the various houses so those who want can avoid using the car.
