It is located on the ground floor of our house. A parking space is available right outside the building. The bright entrance area with a wardrobe connects the spacious living room with the open kitchen on an area of about 58 m². The living room has a sofa bed, a dining area with 4 chairs and provides access to the terrace. A 50-inch LED TV (DVB-T) and a stereo system with USB/MP3, radio and CD provide entertainment. Wi-Fi reception is available free of charge in the apartment. The modern kitchen has a counter as a dining area with three chairs and is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave fully equipped. The cozy bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe with a small safe. In the smaller second bedroom there are two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a small shelf cabinet. The spacious bright bathroom has 2 rooms. In the first room there is a double washbasin with a large mirror and toilet. The walk-in barrier-free shower and the corner bathtub are in the second room. In addition, there is a second separate toilet available. On the terrace, electric bicycles can be parked and charged free of charge at the existing external socket. Excursions by boat are available, e.g. from Fedderwardersiel to the seal banks or from Bremerhaven to Heligoland. For shopping, a trip to the city centers of Oldenburg, Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven or Wilhelmshaven is recommended. Much is possible from this starting point in the midst of fields and meadows.
