The space In the living/bedroom, there is a large wardrobe, two beds (each 90 x 200 cm), a desk, a small couch, a fully equipped kitchen with a counter and two bar stools, and a dresser. The flat-screen TV is mounted on a swivel arm. The apartment is flooded with light and equipped with blinds. The bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers. For short-term guests, the kitchen is equipped with basics such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee filter. Toilet paper, Zewa, soap and shampoo are available. Long-term guests (from two weeks) take care of themselves. You have your own bathroom with shower/toilet/window/ventilation system and washing machine. The apartment is vacuumed and mopped once a week. Also the bathroom. Bed linen is changed once a week. Towel exchange is by arrangement. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cleanliness yourself. In the garden you have an area for you to use. You will find the apartment (in a detached house occupied by the owner) on the outskirts of Moosburg, yet almost in the center of a typical small Bavarian town. You can walk to retail stores, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, a supermarket and liquor store, cafés, and a popular beer garden. Possibilities for breakfast can be found in two bakeries in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Your one-room apartment has its own access and living room ventilation. The apartment is a self-contained, lovingly furnished apartment. Use of the garden and shed (e.g. parking of bicycles) is possible by arrangement. The privacy of our guests is respected. Other things to note Your kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge with ***freezer, microwave, counter, bar stools, and all the necessary kitchen appliances. Wi-Fi/LAN is free, as well as phone calls to the German land and mobile network (no special and service numbers). You have your own phone connection with your own number. A flat-screen TV with satellite is available for conversation.- Reception (TV and radio) ready. For your private laundry, your own washing machine is at your disposal. There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property, but it does not cause any disruption.
