Rest and Relax - in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the main attractions in Harties. The house is less than a minute walk from the waterfront with beautiful views of the dam and mountains. The kitchen and shower area is recently renovated, so enjoy a spacious waterfall shower. It is private space with its own entrance and outdoor area, all separated by fencing and completely for your use. Fibre based Wifi so working from here is easy. The space Separate unit , one big open plan room with separate shower and toilet area with own gate and complete privacy.. During the day you can hear birds and the wind blowing gently through the trees....and that’s all you hear....as hardly any cars drive down our street. Sunrise and sunset view over the dam is just a minute away.... Guest access There is a self-checking facility with a lockbock for access. Separate entrance with electric motor gate and remote access so you can come and go at your own leisure. Other things to note It’s not directly on the waterfront but it’s a few houses off one of the streets leading directly onto the waterfront.
