House on the top of Söderåsen and Skäralid valley

Welcome to stay at this lovely house located at our farm. Exclusive location for hiking or outdoor adventures at Söderåsen with nature and animals. From the house there is a view to the spectacular Skäralid valley and you directly enter the Söderåsen National park, which offer 50 km of hiking trails ,worth a visit all year around. . Enjoy the animals at the farm and watch the husky’s play from your window, or let the kids play at the playground or visit the goats/chikend by the moosepark area. The space The vacation house is approx. 100 m2 and renovated, but still has the old and cozy atmosphere. It is a place where you can enjoy the quietness of the forest. During summertime a bon fire in the garden can be enjoyed and during wintertime the fireplace in the living room is a very nice place to rest. The house has 3 bedrooms (one placed upstairs), living room, dining room, kitchen ( fully equipped) and two bathrooms, one with shower. In the front of the house there is a nice big garden, from where you have a nice view over the fields and forest. We have 7 Siberian Husky´s that lives in a fenced area behind the house. It can be very joy able to sit and watch them play, they are very wolf like and sometimes you can get a haul for goodnight, else they are very quiet and loving dogs. On the meadow our African draft goats and chickens have their resident, they are very tame and fun to visit. This spot is a bit of wilderness in the middle of Skåne that can offer adventure in both the nature and together with our animals on the farm. Only 40 km from Helsingborg and 70 km from Malmø. Temporarily self payment for electricity due to unstable prices! The use of electricity during your stay will be charged after the stay with your accept ( we have average electricity price for the month). The house can be heated with stove ( firewood included autumn/winter/spring) Söderåsens Älgpark Join a safari ride into our Moose park and meet our moose that lives in the forest. Guests of the house will have their own entrance to the meadow with the goats ( a place kids will love) and Coffee/souvenir shop. The garden in front of the house is still exclusively for our guests in the house and are separated from the park area. Moose park opening hours 10-16 during summer period. Cleaning is mandatory and fee is added and payed when booking the house Bring your own bed linen + towel or rent it for 15 EUR/ person 2 kitchen towels and a disk cloth are placed in the kitchen, do you want more or anything else please bring it to the vacation house. If you drive an electrical car there is a power supply in the drive way and we charge average kWh price of the month. Guest access Close to Söderåsen it is possible to rent Cano for a trip on Rønne creek or if you fell for a swim, lakes like Oden sjön or Brand sjön can be visited. During the summer period Röstånga Camping or Ljungbyhed, offers 50 m pool and pools for kids with slides.
