Apartment In Old Town Fredrikstad

A modern apartment in the middle of the best preserved fortified town in Europe. Looking almost exactly like it did in the 17th century, this fairytale town has many exciting events including a music festival, literature festival and open market. The space This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There are two windows that face out to the street which is a walking street, closed to cars except when picking up or dropping off. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a sleeping sofa that sleeps two. The bathroom is new and has a washer and dryer shower sink and toilet. The Kitchen has a Nespresso Latte machine, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Guest access There is a shared backyard which is quiet spacious with a wooden deck and lounge chairs which you can use if it's not being used by the permanent tenants. There is also a trampoline which guests can use at there own risk. You share the backyard with the other residents, my father and mother in-law, my wife's aunt and two people who live below you. Please be respectful of them. Other things to note We have a few animals around, a Danish, Swedish farm Dog that is out in the back yard sometimes. He is very friendly and really safe with children. We also have three cats around but none of the animals are allowed in the apartment. We keep it completely clean of animal hair.
