Newly renovated rental suitable for up to 8 persons, 4 seperated bedrooms, big kitchen, Tv-room, 4 toiletts and 3 showers, beds are made at arrival, towels & check-out cleaning included. Outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor area to sit and eat, free wifi and spacious to enjoy both privacy & social living. This is a quiet area so no partys allowed. The space A separated apartment, around 150 m2 in a Villa. New, fresh, outdoor spa, close to beach. Guest access Outdoor spa, free wifi, tv Other things to note This is a quite neighbourhood, so we expect you as a guest to pay respect to our neighbours. Partys are strictly forbidden at our rental! Guideline: calm and quite outdoors at 10 pm and indoors at 12 pm. Only renting guest's are permitted to the property. The spa can be used until 9 a clock in the evening and is suitable for no more than 4 adults at the time!! For longer stay there wil be possility to use a washingmachine and a dryer.
