This 25 m2 studio is adjoining and independent of a contemporary villa located on a 1100 m2 wooded garden. It is 35 minutes from the sea, 25 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from Pic Saint Loup. The space You can go to the sea, walk in the Hérault hinterland through the vineyards or olive groves, take beautiful hikes in the scrubland. In short, an ideal location to enjoy nature and the Mediterranean Sea or simply rest. The studio can accommodate 2 people very comfortably (crib available on request) It is super functional and bathed in light. It is on the ground floor with its private outdoor space, south-facing, has double glazing and a high ceiling. The accommodation is new, air-conditioned and fully furnished in a modern way for your comfort! The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, range hood, microwave/steam cooker and fridge-freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, dishes...). There is a 160 cm double bed with bultex bedding, large wardrobes with hangers, a table and chairs, desk, flat-screen TV. The shower room has a sink with mirror, storage unit, shower cubicle. Separate toilet. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and cleaning is included. Parking is available in the villa's private driveway. Guest access The entire studio is at your disposal and its entrance is independent. Other things to note On the practical side: You will find everything you need on site: small shops and outdoor market (Thursday and Saturday morning) a 10-minute walk to the village center, caterers and pizzas with home delivery, restaurants, cinema and shopping centers a 5-minute drive away.
