House of Art - Guesthouse

Lovely cosy ceramic and glass artists house set in the middle of Haenertsburg village, fresh mountain air guaranteed, walking distance to all shops and restaurants as well as to hiking routes, mountain bike trails and forest. The inspiration of art gives you the opportunity to join a ceramic weekend class. We offer free Wi-fi and back-up power during load shedding. The space The house is designed by the host and its name reflects the creativity inside, outside and around the building. The guest will be able to be part of the artistic inspiration and also attend a workshop. The Gardenview Room which is accessible either through the shop/workshop with as little as 2 steps can be converted from a King size bed into twin beds. Guest access Our guests will be able to enter their room either through the art studio during open hours with as little as 2 steps as well as through a private back entrance with a flight of stairs via the garden after opening hours. During your stay We want our guests to feel at home, have their own privacy, chat with us when they feel like it. They should feel free to have a glass of wine outside in the garden or in front of the studio at our patio benches where they can relax and enjoy the tranquillity with a complimentary cup of coffee. Other things to note We have 2 small dachshunds which will welcome you with swerving tails and then give you your space and not bother you. We recently added braai / bbq facilities with complimentary use of crockery and cutlery. Please note that we offer Room Only, there are plenty restaurants in walking distance.
