Charming little Provencal house in a very quiet residential complex on the edge of a rocky bay: ideal as a small love nest! The house has a panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Cavalaire, which has one of the largest sandy bays of the Côte d´Azur (approx. 4 km), as well as the marina and the surrounding hills of the Massif des Maures (Mauren Mountains) Peak culminated at 528 meters. At the back there is a very quiet garden terrace with a view of Cape Lardier at the other end of the bay. There is a satellite system with German channels (Astra 19 °). The sofa in the living room offers sleeping space for 2 more people. Although there are plenty of parking spaces in the residential complex, the house has its own large private garage. The city center, beach and marina can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. In the city center there is everything you need. Every Wednesday there is a large Provencal street market in Cavalaire. The sporting offer is large, especially water sports: sailing, jet-ski, wind-surf, diving, paddle board, deep sea fishing, etc. The Massif des Maures offers very nice mountain bike tours and great hiking tours. Cavalaire is halfway between Marseille and Nice (approx. 110 km in each direction). If you leave Cavalaire there are also many beautiful things to discover: Saint-Tropez with its beautiful old town, its port with luxurious yachts, its famous gendarmerie (greetings from Louis de Funès) and the many celebrities who spend their holidays there.
