Our lovely 2 under 1 roof house is in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes walk from the beach, the circuit and cozy city center. The house is 135 m2 and has an open kitchen with a cooking island where you can have a drink. Open the full sliding door to the garden and bring the outside in. The bathroom has a rain shower and whirlpool bath. To top it all off, you can go to the sauna in the garden. You can park in the driveway and put your bikes in the garage. The space On the ground floor, you will find our spacious living room with the open kitchen. A wonderful place to sit at the bar, cook extensively, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We are very happy with the south-facing garden and the possibility to open the sliding door completely so that you can easily walk outside and sit both outside and at the table inside. We now also have sun blinds at the sliding doors, which also keeps it cool inside in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, for example, an espresso machine, kitchen aid, baking supplies, everything is available. When you enter the hall, you will find the first toilet and a pantry where you can find cleaning supplies. If you take the stairs up, you will find the bedroom with a triple bed. This bedroom is on the north side, which keeps it wonderfully cool. The window can be opened easily and there are blackout pleated curtains so you can sleep wonderfully. There is a wardrobe with both hanging and shelf space. On the first floor, you will also find the lovely bathroom with whirlpool bath and rain shower. There is also a separate toilet on the second floor. If you take 1 more flight of stairs up, you will find the laundry room and you will have access to the balcony on the north where you can sit comfortably when it is warm. In the garage, you can store the bikes and also hang our Dyson vacuum cleaner in front of you if you are bored ;) Guest access Parking for 1 car in the driveway. You can put bicycles in the garage.
