Cottage in Warmond

The space This house has it all, character and location! The house, located in the village of Warmond, has it's own private dock, and is located directly on the open water (Kagerplassen), with views over a typically Dutch landscape, with cows and windmills from its terrace and garden. The property is loaded with amenities to make your stay extraordinary. There is a stone fire place for cozy evenings by the fire, complimentary Wifi internet access, a gas grill and bicycles for you to use. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens, hairdryers are all here for your comfort. The kitchen is very spacious and sits up to 8 people for meals. It is well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving plates and bowls, and small appliances, as well as tea, coffee, sugar and a wide array of seasonings. Yes we have a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a private alcove with a queen bed. It will comfortably sleep 7. The master bedroom had a recently renovated bathroom en suite. A crib is available. Bed configuration: - bedroom 1: King Bed (or 2 Twin Beds) - bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds - bedroom 3: Queen Bed - bedroom 4: King Bed (or 2 Twin Beds) The lake (Kager Plassen) Warmond is located on the edge of the lake "Kager Plassen" and in the middle of the Randstad, with all its energy and activities. The Hague (20 minutes) and Leiden (15 minutes) are all reachable by car or public transport. The beach resorts of Noordwijk, Katwijk and Wassenaar are close by and can be reached by bike within 30 minutes. Warmond is in the middle of the "Bollenstreek Route", known as the Flower Route and named one of the "Drives of a Lifetime" by National Geographic. Other things to note Note: Pets are not allowed.
