The residence is located near the sea - nine meters separate the courtyard door from the waves - in an olive grove outside the last houses of this small village. The house's environment is sound, strictly natural and decent, with fruitful olives and a cobblestone pavement that joins the sea with the house's courtyard. The shallow sea water is crystal clear and offers for an exhilarating swim whereas the shore is covered in pebbles. Central heating is available for the winter. The top floor consists of a bedroom with ensuite bath, ground floor has a kitchenette and a fireplace, while the basement has one more bedroom, two open rooms with single beds and a bathroom. The tenement covers 116 sq. meters in total and 43 sq. meters of courtyards and balconies and it shares a 4,000 sq. meters farm with another property.
