The house is situated on the private Four Oaks Estate and it offers clean and spacious accomodation having two kitchens 5 wash rooms of which three are shower rooms. The room is much bigger than an average box room and it is fully furnished having ample storage space, a two seater and a comfortable single bed. The bathroom/shower is opposite the bedroom and it is shared with only one person. The communal areas are cleaned once a week and the gardens are accessible. Internet is included. The space Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The property itself is situated on the private four oaks estate. Guest access Guests are allowed to take a stroll and sit in the garden and they can walk through the main kitchen which is our private space but it is not for use by guests. Also, they can use the kitchenette but all other spaces, including upstairs are out of bounds During your stay Guests can contact me via my phone and message me ideally or they can ring me but usually I am very busy to take calls. My son, Raj is a co-host and he can be contacted or if guests are in the house they can speak to Sarah also who is my son's partner. Other things to note We have a cat and a small dog. Use of hob and oven is free of charge as is the washing machine. The use of the tumble dryer is the only extra charge of £5.50 per hour.
