Oakbank - Comfort in the Glens!

The apartment is the on the first floor of a building dating from 1899. It comprises of a lounge, a large family kitchen/ dining room and a separate bathroom. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom at the front of the apartment and the two twin bedrooms are situated at the rear. The second of the twin bedrooms is accessed from the lounge. The fully enclosed back garden has lawn and patio area with garden furniture and a brand new games cabin. The space Oakbank is a self contained apartment situated above three small shops. The front door on the ground level gives little indication of the spacious three bedroom apartment above. Although it sounds a bit like a cliché, our intention is really to make Oakbank as comfortable as your own home. Comfy beds, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, tv's in the bedrooms, cosy lounge, dvd's, large dining kitchen with lots of space to entertain and enjoy, books and games . Head to our back garden to relax or spend some time in our new games cabin to enjoy a game of pool, air-hockey or table tennis. It comfortably seats eight and there is a small kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine, kettle and outdoor plates and glasses so you don’t have to go back upstairs for that all important drink or snack. Nothing beats having a cup of tea and watching the world go by on the high street below without anybody having an incline that you are watching! Guest access Oakbank is a self contained 1st floor apartment with its own front and back door. Other things to note We have a shed at the back where bicycles and other large items can be stored safely during your stay. It also contains a chest freezer to store the 'catch of the day' until you go home.
