Elfvik Apartment -Longterm Rentals

The apartment is one of five in a villa located in a scenic area by the sea surrounded by farmland. It is in the countryside but still 20 min by car to Stockholm Center. It is bright with a beautiful living room with large windows and sea views, modern kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. Note: the apartment is partly furnished and we are only interested in longterm tenants(min 6months). A path leads down to the sea (less than 100m). From bus 204 stop it is 5 minutes walk to the house.
