It is located in the small seaside village of CHIESSI a few steps from the sea and its beautiful granite cliffs, in dialect called COTE, from which it takes its name. The house has two apartments, Cote Alta is located on the first floor. A staircase leads to the terrace (sea view) of the upper apartment and from here you enter a large living room divided between a large modern kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area and a living room with sofa, bar corner and 43 "LCD TV. From the living room, through a large sliding glass door, you access the second balcony, also with a beautiful sea view, equipped with a teak table and chairs for 4 people and a sunshade. A casket door divides the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with window and comfortable shower with shower head.
