Enjoy our full service bar & restaurant Lucia’s Besides, you have free access to our fitness and sauna. Other things to note Cleaning We provide a cleaning service every 7 days free of charge. Change of towels and trash removal is available daily (free of charge). Extra housekeeping services can be provided at a surcharge (based upon availability). Deposit During check-in, a pre-authorization charge of € 150,- is taken on your credit card in case of damages. Cityden will release this deposit (subject to an inspection of the apartment) within 24 hours after check-out. Unfortunately credit card providers are very slow (up to 7 working days) in releasing the visible deposit taken on the credit card. Minimum age requirement Please note that this Apartment has a minimum-age requirement of 18 (or under supervision). Breakfast Start your day with a delicious a la carte breakfast at Luciaʼs on the ground floor. Open from 07:00-11:00h, pre-booked it costs only €18,50 per person. Parking Don't stress about finding a parking spot – reserve your space in our secured underground garage in advance for only € 29,50,- per day (reservation required). A refundable €50,- deposit is required to obtain the parking tag to enter the garage. Getting around Don't feel like travelling by public transport? We're more than happy to arrange some rental bikes and/or book a taxi for you.
