We have completely renovated the space, adding vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking. The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio! The space This cozy space was built with efficiency in mind. Each room has a queen bed, closet, hangers and plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking needs. There is no dining table but the kitchen island has 4 comfortable bar stools. There is a washer and dryer next to the pantry for your use. The TV has Roku- smart tv with multiple applications to access. The outdoor space. The yard is very big! We live in the high desert and water is very precious around here. We have opted to be as conservative as possible with water and are embracing the natural sand and stone look. There is outdoor seating with a sunshade for the hot months. The gravel parking area in the back of the house is large. There is plenty of room for all 6 guests to drive and park if needed... :) The house has a mini split ac unit in the main living area. We have provided fans for each of the rooms if you require more airflow. Please remember this is the desert and it can be hot here in the summer. We have Starlink internet! It's fast and has been reliable. ****Dogs**** We are happy to host your dogs. There is a $50 non refundable fee required with a 2 dog maximum. Please be respectful of our home and clean up after them. When booking the property, select that you are bringing pets and the fee will be automatically included in your booking charges.
