Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent. The space This converted space has plenty of room with an open plan kitchen lounge area with lovely breakfast bar for dining and a large desk to work at. We've made sure you've got the kitchen basics covered like salt, pepper, coffee, tea and more, plus lots of books, games and local information. Good wifi connection is available and parking on the street out the front is never a problem. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire flat and wander up the garden to see the 2 sheep Fly and Mo... Other things to note Do note that there is a staircase to get into the flat. No laundry facilities are in the flat but we can arrange for you to use the washing machine in the main house. The sofa is a ‘click clack’ sofa converting into a single bed. There is also a double air bed and extra bedding under the main bed. At the bottom of the garden we have two pet sheep and three pet chickens.
