Bohuslan Sea Lodge- 35 min. from Gothenburg

On the Swedish west coast, 35min north from Gothenburg and 25min south from seaside resort Marstrand, on the island "Lilla Fjellsholmen", is this exclusive holiday home with wonderful sea views. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation in the archipelago. You can go swimming, crab fishing or just relax on the docks. There is also a small beach for kids, green play areas and a shared sauna. The house is rented by the week in summer and for shorter stays the rest of the year. The space The house is 108 m² over two floors and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious mezzanine (Living room 2), a bright open-plan living room with kitchen, a comfortable reading chair, a piano, and a large terrace of about 100 m² with stunning views in all directions. There are two parking spaces next to the house, one with an electric car charger, and a boat slip at the marina (for a medium-sized motorboat, no sailboats). A common sauna at the marina has direct access to the sea. It is free to use, and we are happy to book it for you for private use. Guests also have access to a private boat-house at the marina with a picnic table, sun chairs, couch, fridge, coffee machine, and more. The house is newly built and fully equipped with a modern kitchen, new comfortable beds, barbecue, outdoor furniture, fiber internet, WiFi, and TV. With 6 beds, it is perfect for a family with children or couples. Six adults can also stay, though two of the beds are in the open mezzanine (Living room 2). A foldable crib for small children is also available. Guest access You will have the whole house for yourselves. There is also a small guesthouse on the property that is not included in the rental. Other things to note - The fireplace in the living room may only be used during the winter season (October–April). Firewood is not included.
