The house consists of a kitchen - living room, terrace with furniture, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Services: Heating, Wood fireplace, Kitchen, games, Shared washing machine, Microwave and Television. Outside: Pool, parking area, barbecue, children's play area, pens with farm and exotic animals, and 400 hectares of farmland for walking. The space Rapia is an agricultural and forestry estate located at the foot of the Sierra del Cerezo, 7 km from Moratalla, Murcia. At the entrance, there is a farmhouse complex made up of several recently renovated buildings, including six houses for rural tourism rental. Moratalla is the largest municipality in the Region of Murcia. The town's old quarter is located on a beautiful hill crowned by two emblematic monumental buildings, the Church of Santa María de la Asunción, and the castle-fortress' Keep, although it could be said that the entire old quarter is monumental thanks to its nooks and crannies and the narrow layout of its steep streets, full of history and antiquity. The town is integrated into the mountainous nucleus with the largest forest mass in the region, with numerous places to enjoy the mountains and nature. You can walk and drive freely along the roads and paths of the estate. We have some baby cribs available free of charge. Ask about their availability. We collaborate with several “take-away” houses in the village that can prepare and bring you your product upon request. We can help organize activities and visits in the surroundings of the property and/or the village. See the activities chapter and ask us about what might interest you. Small pets (less than 6 kg) are allowed, but the tranquility of the rest of the visitors should not be disturbed, especially at night. Your pet's waste and debris must be removed and cleaned by you at the time. Take special care that they do not do so inside the houses. Prevent your pets from climbing on beds and armchairs. Pets are not allowed to roam freely in common areas. The houses have running water but since it is not from the municipal network it is not considered drinking water. Outside the houses, on the access road, we have containers for depositing garbage.
