Wheat cottage, spacious well equipped holiday cottage in an old Granary, in a rural hamlet , a quiet location in relaxing surroundings , but close to many attractions and by many footpaths, and popular cycle routes , and historic castles and houses close by and 3 good pubs a short drive or walk in summer , carpark, off road outside the cottage with space for 2 cars. We live behind in the farm. Many people return to us , as they enjoy the cottage and the area. No charging point The space A truly spacious and well equipped holiday cottage.It includes a very large bedroom (super king, zip and link)and en suite bathroom upstairs. High vaulted ceilings give an airy feel to the property. Many beams run throughout the rooms , and at the front of the property is a dining and extra lounge area. To the rear is a court yard terrace, and to the front a small garden with table and chairs. Parking is off road and provides two car parking spaces . This property has been assessed independently as a four star accommodation , due to the well equipped kitchen and high cleaning standards This cottage is ideal for couples requiring a base in Sussex to explore the coast and inland. ( There is plenty of room in the bedroom for a cot or small bed too). We have it all here ! You will need a car , as we are rural, and no buses pass by our lane. The lanes are tranquil, some horses pass by and cyclists, walkers, and the odd tractor! Guest access The cottage and front garden and small rear terrace. private, each cottage has their own private space outside. Other things to note Chiddingly festival runs for a month in September.
