Wheat cottage, spacious well equipped holiday cottage in an old Granary, in a rural hamlet , a quiet location in relaxing surroundings , but close to many attractions and by many footpaths, and popular cycle routes , and historic castles and houses close by and 3 good pubs a short drive or walk in summer , carpark, off road outside the cottage with space for 2 cars. We live behind in the farm. Many people return to us , as they enjoy the cottage and the area. High vaulted ceilings give an airy feel to the property. Many beams run throughout the rooms , and at the front of the property is a dining and extra lounge area. To the rear is a court yard terrace, and to the front a small garden with table and chairs. Parking is off road and provides two car parking spaces . This property has been assessed independently as a four star accommodation , due to the well equipped kitchen and high cleaning standards This cottage is ideal for couples requiring a base in Sussex to explore the coast and inland. ( There is plenty of room in the bedroom for a cot or small bed too). We have it all here ! You will need a car , as we are rural, and no buses pass by our lane. The lanes are tranquil, some horses pass by and cyclists, walkers, and the odd tractor!
