The special features In our non-smoking house, four-legged friends are welcome. We are happy to provide you with Wi-Fi free of charge. You have the possibility to rent a parking space at the apartment for €4 per day. Linen packages can be booked be booked additionally. We offer all tennis players the opportunity to book a tennis facility (clay courts) nearby for a weekly price of €45 for 2 people. In the high season, the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The features Four-legged friends are welcome in our non-smoking apartment. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi and free of charge. You can park your car right in front of the apartment in a parking lot. Long-term stays are welcome in this space. Please note that for stays of more than 21 nights, interim cleaning and linen change are required every three weeks. The cost for the intermediate cleaning is 95 euros, and for each laundry package we charge 19 euros. If you have any questions, we are always at your disposal! An initial set of bed linen and towels (1 towel, 1 shower towel per person, 1 shower mat and 2 tea towels) is mandatory at this property and is already included in the final price. Additional towel and linen packages cannot be booked with this property! We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. Cats are generally not allowed in our apartments and without exception.
