A large 3 bed semi detached house located on the main road A23 to Gatwick/Brighton and London. Located: 8min walk from East Surrey Hospital or a short drive from Gatwick airport. Three local train stations near by including Redhill, Earlswood & Salfords. Local shops near by including Mc Donald's, Chinese, Chipshop & more.Clean bright double room with double bed 1 lrg draw and shelves, big mirror, TV Netflix etc, ironing board. I have a zero tolerance against alcohol abuse. if I find you become too intoxicated and I think you are a liability then I will ask you to leave and this will go against your profiles reviews. Guest access kitchen, bathroom, small toilet During your stay Talk, phone or text Other things to note Please make sure that the front door is SHUT PROPERLY on the way out and post key through the letter box then check door again. This is paramount. Please TURN OFF any appliances used in your room. Please wipe your feet on way in. No need to take shoes off if they are clean. If you lose the door key it's a £20 fine. You auto agree to this upon booking. i can't stress anymore, most importantly, make sure the front door is shut when you leave.
