Lynchburg, home to popular Jack Daniel's Distillery-only 12 miles away; Nashville-90 mins. Made from handcrafted red cedar, you will be met with a woodsy aroma when entering. Special touches can be found throughout including Jacuzzi tub! Truly a unique wooded cottage, equipped to ensure a relaxing getaway. Pet friendly with an additional pet fee. Each bedroom features a queen bed with extra blankets. A full kitchen with all of your necessities, including a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that seats 2. Laundry space with full washer and dryer. The living room is very spacious. Each room has light-filtering shades. The beautiful bathroom has a pebbled floor with a Jacuzzi tub. Step out onto the wrap around tree-deck. You will also find a fire pit outside with 4 Adirondack chairs for relaxing evenings. There is firewood available. We have a gas grill and charcoal grill available for your use as well. We share a private drive way with our awesome neighbor, Erich. There is plenty of parking. Holiday Landing Marina is one of the largest marinas on Tims Ford Lake. The marina offers boat rentals. Blue Gill Grill is a full service, seasonal restaurant located on the water, just a short drive down the road. Brittany will be available by phone or text if you need anything The area will be a peaceful getaway. Lots of trees and shade. House Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin. Please do not leave the windows or doors opened with the a/c on or heat on. No oils or bubble bath in the jacuzzi. Most fur babies are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please pick up after your pet and keep them off all furniture and bedding. Keep your pet crated while unattended. The pet fee is $50 (per pet). Maximum of 2 pets only. For Short/Long Term stays (28 days or more) I require an additional cleaning from my housekeeping to keep things looking fresh. Guest will be responsible for the additional $70 cleaning fee.
