BlueNote Milos-Traditional SeaView Boathouse

A beautiful boathouse in Pollonia where you can relax and unwind. Right on the sea, you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Just 5 minutes walking to the village center, in a very quiet location. The space This is a recontructed boathouse. The itinial use of these spaces was for the fishermen to store their boats during the winter storms, therefore the direct access to the sea. The boathouse has been reconstructed and renovated in 2023 (so everything is new!) and transformed to a studio, ready to offer a unique vacation experience. This is a single area studio, with a double bed and a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. From the bed, provided that the boathouse's door is open you can enjoy the sea. The sitting area in front of the BlueNote boathouse is private, because a fence is separating BlueNote boathouse's external area with other boathouses. Apparently as it traditionally happens on Milos, every boathouse is always sharing the wall with other boathouses. This implies that still there is another boathouse right next to us (not used as an accommodation full time). The beach in front of the boathouse is public. Since our property is almost in front of the beach, please note that a dehumidifier is available, if needed. Guest access The bus stop of the village (one for the whole village) is located 300m away from the studio. I would recommend renting a vehicle (car, scooter, quad or buggy) which you can use to explore the island. Generally public buses can cover the basics and especially in off-season (April, May, September, October) are inaddequate for the village in which the studio is located. Registration details 1296567
