Welcome to our cozy cottage in southern Sweden, Småland. Here's everything you need for a relaxing week, or why not a month? The cottage is "bathrobe distance" to our picturesque little beach. There is also a barbecue. The lake keeps a lukewarm, pleasant temperature in the summer. Perfect for those who like sunbathing or just hanging out by the lake. Bus stop is about 100 meters further down the road, if you want to go to Växjö and shop or eat at a restaurant! The space The entire cottage and carport are available to you as a renter, as well as all the accessories in the cottage. The cottage has a living area of 75 sqm. Ground floor 50 sqm, upper floor about 25 sqm and terrace of about 20 sqm. Guest access The whole cottage is yours and only yours. You live all alone in the house and do not share the accommodation with anyone else. Other things to note The nearest grocery store and pharmacy can be found in Rottne about 4 kilometers from the cottage. Possibility to rent a boat is available for only SEK 500 for the entire stay. If you decide to rent a boat, it is paid on site. 🛑NOTE: The boat only includes a smaller electric motor and battery. If you want more advanced equipment, such as an echo sounder or a larger motor, that is fine. But then you have to bring them yourself. The boat can have a 20hp engine at most.
