A swimming pool, private parking and barbecue are also available. With neighbors very far from one another, it's ideal for enjoying a romantic and restful getaway and unwinding in a secluded environment. The small town nearby (20' on foot, 5' by car), offers a variety of traditional restaurants, cafeterias and small bars and clubs. The space The villa offers magnificent views of the gulf of Evoia. It is the only house in the area with a private basketball/tennis court and swimming pool and is being surrounded by a beautiful, large, natural garden. It has 3 private parking spots and a barbecue. The interior of the house has recently been renovated and among others it now offers 5 TVs and air conditioning in every room. 4 bedrooms are in the main house and 1 guestroom outside. 2 bedrooms overlook the studio with no sound privacy. Guest access House guests will have access to all parts of the property, with the exception of the owner's own garage and the rooftop, which is secluded for security reasons.
