Linlithgow Holiday Cottages. Close to Edinburgh.

We are a family run collection of 4, two bedroom holiday cottages located in a quiet rural location. Just minutes from the historic town of Linlithgow and 20 minutes from beautiful Edinburgh, we have been a favourite with couples and families alike for over 17 years. We also offer longer term lets so if you are in between house sales or having renovation work done to your house, please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements. The space You will be allocated one of 4 cottages available upon arrival. All cottages are of the same lay out and of a similar decor. 1 cottage has a bath with shower over, the others have shower cubicle only. If you have a preference, please let us know prior to booking the cottage as we may not be able to accommodate your request after booking has been made. The cottage is cosy yet spacious. The kitchen/dining area/living room is open plan with views out to the private patio area and shared garden. Up the stairs there are 2 large bedrooms with ample storage and comfortable beds set up with crisp white linens for your arrival. There are black out blinds on the window for a great nights sleep. The shower room/bathroom is located on the ground floor. Please note- guests must climb stairs to get to both bedrooms. Bathroom is on the ground floor. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Guest access Although it is possible to enjoy a stay with us without a car. We do recommend, especially in the winter months, that our guests have access to a car. Large car park, complimentary. There is a large gate at the entrance to the driveway which must be opened and closed to gain entry to the car park. Again, this may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
