The interior features 6 separate bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, 2 smart TVs with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy spaces for rainy days. You'll also find premium beds, bedding, towels, and full hygiene essentials. Outside, enjoy a covered swimming pool, sun loungers, a gas grill, a beach bar, and a multi-sport field for volleyball, football, badminton, and pétanque. All sports equipment (balls, rackets) is available for free. Children will love the playground and games; adults can relax or have fun both indoors and out. The location is ideal for exploring – the Sázava River is just a short forest walk away (300 m), and you can rent a boat for a river trip. Nearby attractions include Konopiště Castle, Šternberk Castle, and a charming family animal farm.
