The spacious living area with fireplace is immediately adjoined by a dining area with a view over the spacious balcony terrace to the south. The modern kitchen is equipped with all associated equipment, dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, a toilet and underfloor heating. Fast WiFi is available as well as a cot and high chair for staying with small children. Around the building are the usable green areas with a lawn and herb garden, a cozy gazebo, several relaxing seating areas and an inviting beach chair, as well as an adjacent body of water with a jetty and rowing boat. There are grill options both on the balcony terrace using an electric grill and in the garden using a charcoal grill.
