The cottage is located in an old renovated Vosges farmhouse at an altitude of 650 m, in Stampoumont, which is a hamlet of the municipality of Ranrupt. Nature, calm, beautiful landscapes, proximity to hiking trails, and tourist sites make it a very pleasant place to stay for the whole family. The space We offer a spacious 130 m2 cottage, on 2 levels. Our accommodation, which we have fitted out in the old farmhouse, is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Outside is a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and charcoal BBQ. Parking is in the courtyard in front of the cottage. Guest access Ground floor, you have on the same level: - a living room with pellet stove and TV - a kitchen area - a dining area - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a baby bed - a bedroom with a bed of 80 - a bathroom with shower, as well as a washing machine - a separate toilet Upstairs is: - one bedroom with a 140 bed - one bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed - a relaxation area with children's books and games - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet Other things to note - Towels are not included in the rental price. - Fondue set available on request. - Raclette grills available. - Heating by pellet stove is included in the rental price, as well as an electricity package of 15 kWh per day. A meter reading will be made in your presence at check-in and check-out, and a surcharge of €0.20 will be charged in case of overrun. - Free WIFI connection. The property has fiber optics. There are 2 other apartments in the farmhouse. The old barn has been converted into an apartment for 8 to 10 people, rented as a bed and breakfast or cottage, and is accessible from the bridge side. The stable has been transformed into a small apartment that we personally use when we are there, our main residence being a 40-minute drive away, in the plain of Alsace. Each listing has a fully independent entrance, on different facades. Everyone's privacy is preserved.
