The villa is located in the middle of a 2000 sqm wooded property on a quiet cul-de-sac. Two-story, in a hillside location with access to the outside on both floors. The upper floor consists of the large living and dining room with couch and armchairs by the fireplace, TV, stereo system and library, work table with sea view and with excellent Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi through fiber optic cable and dining table for up to 8 people. The separate, superbly equipped kitchen is right next to the dining table. The large, light-flooded living room opens with four large French windows in a row to the adjoining, large terrace with fantastic panoramic sea views towards the mainland. The living room thus forms a wonderful unit with the terrace with sea view in everyday life. On the side opposite the terrace, you can look from the living room into the Mediterranean forest of our property. The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor with a work desk, Wi-Fi and blackout curtains for 2 people each, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. In front of the house there is an ensemble with sun loungers - as a quiet retreat. 3 adult bikes are available. As well as a variety of beach equipment for children and adults.
