Perfect for a large family, big groups or executive travelers who seek a cosy and comfortable place for spending weekends and holidays The space We got this house to be able to spend joyful time with our children, grandchild and friends during our holidays and vacations. Guest access The house has 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and 1 bedroom + 1 toilet on the ground floor ; a spacious open plan living room and sunny lounge with a marvelous view over the Eyjafjörður and Akureyri; a full equipment kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom for 2-4 guests. Bed 160*200 Sofa 120*200 An extra folding bed (90*200) can be provided upon your request. An extra bed for your child can be provided upon your request . You should bring your own bed-clothes for baby. Bedroom #2 for 2 (3) guests. Two 90x200cm beds, that can be joint together. Please specify if you need double or twin beds in your room! An extra folding bed (80*190) can be provided upon your request. Bedroom #3 for 2 guest. Bed 140*200 Bedroom #4 for 2 guests. Bed 140*200 Bedroom #5 for 3 guests is situated on the ground floor. Three 90x200cm beds, that two of them can be joint together. Please specify if you need double or twin beds in your room! We have a beautiful bathroom. There are an jacuzzi ( soaking whirlpool) for two persons and a shower-cabin (0,8x0,8 m) in the bathroom. Other things to note Please note: The price for our guests depends on the number of people and how many bedrooms are going to be occupied. Our basic rate applies for two guests with one double room occupancy – any additional guests (after the second person) will incur a charge of 7800 ISK/ 52€ for each person per night. Please note: Our regular rates apply for two guests occupying the double or twin room of your choice. For those preferring single occupancy in a double/twin room (without sharing a room with their second person), we offer the option at a small additional charge, providing extra space and comfort during your stay. This pricing system is perfect both for large tourist groups and travelers who seek a comfortable place for spending weekends or holidays. Regardless of the number of bedrooms, our guests use all spaces and facilities (kitchen, dining room, sunroom , etc. ) Children under the age of 2 years are free of charge in their parents’ room without an extra bed.
