Dear guests. Welcome to Pfaffendorf, in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and close to the National Park Saxon Switzerland and Bohemian Switzerland. The 7th stage of the Painter's Trail leads directly past the house. The cozy and spacious apartment (55 sqm) is located on the ground floor in a listed, lovingly renovated, former Gesindehaus Bj 1900 in the OT Pfaffendorf. This includes a car parking space, a separate guest terrace in the courtyard and protected high-speed WiFi. The space Your apartment has a separate entrance in the courtyard. Access is contactless via a key box. The apartment is ideally designed for 2 persons. A maximum of 4 persons can be used, but please note that the bedroom is a passageway to the bathroom and there is a sofa bed available in the living room. The apartment has a living area with integrated kitchenette and one bedroom with adjoining daylight bathroom. In the living area is the (sleeping)sofa, a new flat screen, a fridge with small ice box and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchenette is well equipped. Provided: -a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine - A ceramic hob with 2 plates and an oven - Sufficient dishes and cooking utensils - A dishwasher In the bedroom there are two closets with enough storage place and clothes hangers. The box spring bed is 1.80x2.00 m tall. Bed linen is provided by us. Inthe adjoining bathroom there is shower, sink and toilet. There is a hair dryer. Hand soap is regularly replenished, toilet paper is sufficient, a bottle with shampoo and shower bath are also always available and towels are provided by us for you. If there is something missing, please don't pout... We live right next door, please just let us know. Guest access Sunny seat in the green just outside the entrance door. Other things to note Pets are welcome to bring along. Electric vehicles can be charged under the carport for €0.45 per Kw/h by arrangement. Fast charging stations are located in Königstein, at the bottom of the parking lot at the roundabout and in Bad Schandau on the Lidl parking lot. Please note that there is currently a maximum tourist fee of 2.20 Euro per person per day in cash directly at the property. Please refer to the guest card for details. This is available on the kitchen table upon arrival. With the mobile Saxon Switzerland guest card, overnight guests in Pirna, Königstein and Sebnitz can use almost all public transport in Saxon Switzerland (VVO tariff zones 70, 71, 72 and 73) free of charge. Excluded from this are some means of transport such as the Kirnitzschtalbahn and the elevator in Bad Schandau. Please fill out the card prior to departure and leave it together with the money on the kitchen table. If the amount of the tourist fee changes at short notice, the amount on the guest card will apply!
