A spacious flat on the ground floor, with bright windows. The position is very panoramic and close to the old town and the castle. The sea is at a ten minutes ride, along with pubs, restaurants, clubs, etc. The furniture is antique. The parking spot is large, on the property. The neighborhood is peaceful and ventilated. The house is cool during the summer, nested among olive trees. WI.FI available. The space The first plus about Camino di Don Riguardo is its position: extremely panoramic. From the garden in front of the house you can enjoy a vast view, embracing the sea, Mount Pollino, all the way to the Sila plateau. The property is quite large and it’s perfect for parties or for children. Pets are welcome, but you should be warned that the property has a net only on the street side. Guest access You can access the flat through the right door in the vestibule. The other doors lead to rooms which are actually used as a warehouse. We politely ask you not to enter these portions of the house. Other things to note In the surrounding countryside, you can enjoy panoramic strolls or look for fossil seashells. The signal for portable phones is rather good.
