It is situated in the middle of the green, hilly countryside of Mugello, on the slope of Futa Pass. The property comprises: an old barn, converted into 2 apartments, an old henhouse and an old country house divided into 8 apartments, some of them with stone walls and all of them with outdoor area or garden. The apartments were furnished with great attention to detail but without losing the original rustic style (e.g. exposed beams, arcs and wooden window frames). The residence is a perfect place to relax and recover, to relish the typical Tuscan cuisine and wines and to go on trekking or mountain biking tours. Lake Bilancino (7 km), the most important water source in Tuscany, offers good water quality, many beaches to sunbathe and relax and numerous kinds of water sports such as canoeing, sailing and windsurfing.
