Casa Roca: Shepherd's hut with great views

Casa Roca is a Spanish nature cottage, based on the authentic shepherd's huts that can be found in the area. The cottage has a total area of 37 m² and is situated on a terraced estate with mainly olive and almond trees. Casa Roca is very private and quiet, from the covered terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley and the village of El Perelló. You can also use the large swimming pool (10x5 m) of the finca, which you share with 2 other small houses. The space 1.5 km from El Perelló and 6 km from the beach, in the middle of the campo among the olive trees, is this shepherd's hut for 4 to 5 people. The idea is based on the shepherd's huts that can be found everywhere here. They were originally used as a shelter by the shepherd with his dog and flock of sheep or goats. The cabin is made of the same stacked boulders from the area and the cottage is further fully equipped. The total area is 37 m ² and consists of two bedrooms, living room / dining room, kitchen, toilet and shower. Outside is a covered terrace with BBQ. You can also, together with 2 other small houses, use the large swimming pool (10x5 m.) of the finca La Roca Blanca. Dogs are always welcome! Guest access The house is fully available to guests. Guests have a large communal swimming pool at their disposal with a spacious sun terrace. Other things to note Casa Roca is part of the 6.5-hectare finca "La Roca Blanca" together with 2 other holiday homes. The 3 houses are spread over a terraced estate with mainly olive and almond trees and offer a lot of privacy. The finca itself is still in operation and produces, among other things, its own organic cold-pressed olive oil. D,i.e. that all vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are still in it.
