Casa Roca: Shepherd's hut with great views

Casa Roca is a Spanish nature cottage, based on the authentic shepherds' huts that can be found in the area. The cottage has a total area of 37 m² and is located on a terrace-shaped estate with mainly olive and almond trees. Casa Roca is very private and quietly located, from the covered terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley and the village of El Perelló. You can also use the large swimming pool (10x5 m) of the finca, which you share with 2 other small houses. The space 1.5 km from El Perelló and 6 km from the beach, in the middle of the campo between the olive trees, is this shepherd's hut for 4 to 5 people. The idea is based on the shepherd's huts that can be found everywhere here. They were originally used as a shelter by the shepherd with his dog and flock of sheep or goats. The hut is made of the same stacked boulders from the area, and the cottage is also equipped with every comfort. The total area is 37 m ² and consists of two bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, toilet and shower. Outside is a covered terrace with BBQ. You can also, together with 2 other small houses, use the large swimming pool (10x5 m.) of the finca La Roca Blanca. And... dogs are always welcome! Other things to note Casa Roca, together with 2 other vacation homes, is part of the 6.5 ha finca "La Roca Blanca. The 3 houses are spread over a terrace-shaped estate with mainly olive and almond trees and offer a lot of privacy. The finca itself is still in operation and produces its own organic cold-pressed olive oil, among other things. This means that all vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are still in it. This is the best oil you can get, and of course it is also for sale.
