Our nostalgic vacation home “Deichkind”, located directly on the Elbe dyke/Elbe cycle path. After extensive refurbishment in accordance with the preservation order, a thatched Lower Saxon hall house shines in new splendor. On 8000 square meters of land with old trees. A place to quickly come to rest - take a deep breath. An ideal location to start cycling tours in the beautiful Elbe valley. The Elbe cycle path leads directly past the property. The space Open fires are not permitted in this property due to the thatched roof. An electric barbecue is available for barbecues. In the living area on the first floor, you enter through the hallway with the historic tiled floor into the eat-in kitchen, which leads into the living room. The large south-facing windows offer a view over the dyke. Three sleeping areas and three bathrooms on the first floor offer space for up to six people. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, in the dormers of the thatched roof.
