Sunny 2-room apartment in the northern Black Forest for 5 people with terrace and garden facing south. One room with a double bed, as well as one room with a double and single bed. The space The apartment is located in the basement of our house (hillside) and is 53 m². It consists of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. One room has a double bed (queen size / 160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), the second room also has a double bed (queen size / 160 x 200 cm). The bathroom is connected to one of the two bedrooms. The toilet is located in the hallway in front of the apartment, but is only used by the guests of this apartment. The patio door is lockable and can be used as a separate entrance to the apartment. Stairs lead around the house up the slope to the street. However, the stairs in the house to the main entrance can also be used. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, pans, pots, cutlery... Public parking on the street, Wi-Fi, towels, bedding, washing machine, dryer, freezer and final cleaning included. Guest access The patio door is lockable and can be used as a separate entrance to the apartment. Stairs lead around the house up the slope to the street. However, the stairs in the house to the main entrance can also be used. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. Since the passage is not very wide, please park as close to the wall as possible.
