Kåseberga Hideout
Description
Welcome to Kåseberga Hideout! Stay in the heart of Kåseberga, a historic fishing village just a short walk from Ales Stenar and the coast. Four boutique apartments (40–50 m²), designed with a calm, natural aesthetic. Each is private, comfortable, and well-equipped. Downstairs is a curated vanlife-inspired outdoor store and a garden cafe. Close to the sea, coastal trails, and one of Sweden’s most atmospheric villages. A place to slow down and stay a while. The space Upstairs are four curated apartments (40–50 m²), all with the same layout. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with two single beds (that can be combined into a double), plus a second room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa bed for two. Each apartment also includes a private bathroom with shower and toilet. In apartments no. 3 and 4, an extra bed can be added for a fifth guest. The interiors are carefully composed with quality pieces from brands such as Pendleton, Stanley, L:a Bruket, Helinox, and Barebones — all reflecting the spirit of the house. On the ground floor, you’ll find our Vanlife-inspired outdoor store, featuring brands like Carhartt, Deus Ex Machina, Filson, Houdini, Klättermusen, Snow Peak, and Yeti. Please also view our other three apartments to find the one that suits you best. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request at 150 SEK per person (set including both linen and towels), paid on-site before checkout. Free parking is available for guests about 150 meters from Kåseberga Hideout. Guest access Spend time in the shared spaces downstairs — the outdoor store, indoor lounge and courtyard. Gather around the fire, let the music play, enjoy something simple to eat or drink, or settle in under the pergola with a book. There’s no rush here — just a quiet rhythm shaped by the place and the people passing through. Then head upstairs to your private apartment to rest and recharge for whatever comes next. Please respect quiet hours and help maintain a calm, relaxed atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours: 21:00–10:00 Other things to note With Malmö and Copenhagen within reach, Kåseberga has quietly become a year-round destination shaped by nature and movement. Walk the coastal trails or follow the ridge above the village. On windier days, paragliders drift overhead. Down by the shore, surfers search for waves, while others head out to paddle, fish, or simply spend time by the sea. It’s less about ticking off activities, and more about being part of the landscape — moving through it at your own pace. Our hope is that your time here leaves you with a sense of curiosity, calm, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
