WELCOME! Our holiday home is located in one of the most desirable residential areas in the city of Neubrandenburg, in the immediate vicinity of Tollensesee and the city center. A 60 m² apartment in a single-family house awaits you. This is for occupancy for up to max. 4 people and a toddler (up to 3 years/cot). The space The apartment is separate, only the house entrance can be used together with the owner living in the house You will spend your time in fantastic, absolutely quiet surroundings and enjoy living in a living room (sofa bed for two people, othoflex suspension, clay pocket spring mattress, sunbathing area 160 x 200 cm) with access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed, sun lounger spring mattress, HG 2 and HG 3 sunbathing area 2 x 90cm x 200 cm, wardrobe and desk from which you have a wonderful view to the center of the city, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and dishes and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Crib and highchair may be available for a small fee. A parking space is available right in front of the house completes the overall package.
