WELCOME! Our apartment is located in one of the most desirable residential areas of the city of Neubrandenburg, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Tollensee and the city center. A 60 m² apartment in a detached house awaits you. This is for occupancy for up to max. 4 people and a toddler (up to 3 years/cot). The space The apartment is to be entered separately, only the house entrance is shared with the owner living in the house. You will spend your time in a fantastic, absolutely quiet environment and enjoy living in a living room (sofa bed for two people, Othoflex base, barrel pocket spring mattress, lying surface 160 x 200 cm) with access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed, barrel pocket spring mattress, HG 2 and HG 3, lying surface 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm, wardrobe and desk, from which you have a wonderful view to the center of the city, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and dishes and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A crib and highchair can be provided for a small fee. A parking space right in front of the house completes the overall package. Guest access The apartment is to be entered separately, only the house entrance is shared with the owner living in the house. Of course, all the rooms described are then available to you without restriction.
