Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, a fabulous patio, and their very own private garage. To proceed with the rental, the renter is kindly asked to meet the requirement of being 25 years of age. The host may request the renter to present ID upon arrival. It's important to note that this property does not allow events or parties. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am. Our building is occupied by full-time residents, and it's important to be considerate and respectful of their living space. Other things to note Thanks for your interest in staying at our property. We'd like to let you know that live music may be heard from the unit or patios from Thursday through Sunday and on occasional Mondays during prime season. Please be aware that holidays might affect the days and times when bands play, and occasionally, bands might perform after the village's quiet hours. The quiet hours in Sister Bay are from 10 pm to 10 am, and overnight parking for RVs, boats, etc., is not allowed according to the village ordinances. Our parking lot also cannot accommodate these types of vehicles. Additionally, golf carts are prohibited. We want to notify you that the unit is located on a bluff, and some incline walking or driving to downtown may be necessary, especially for guests with mobility issues. Just so you know, winds can reach high speeds, and wind velocity may sometimes be heard in and around the complex. This is also a multi-family complex, which may result in noise transfer. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that guests who wish to book are at least 25 years old. The host may ask for identification upon arrival or during your stay. Sister Bay has strict, short-term rental rules and ordinances in place for renters/owners. In consideration of our new offering, which is furnished with high-end custom furniture, we regret to inform you that we are unable to allow pets at this time. This policy is also stipulated in our HOA. We sincerely appreciate strict adherence to this policy. Please take a look at our house rules for more details. Thank you for understanding. Cleaning rates are determined with input from our cleaning service, based on comparable properties.
