Take the opportunity to visit the Roubaix Swimming Pool, Vieux-Lille or the Belgian cities a few kilometers away. The space Our studio is in the back of a nice 1900s townhouse. The private driveway and entrance are under video surveillance, but not the accommodation or the jacuzzi. The latter is outdoors and is accessible all year round, even in extreme cold. However, if it rains, the use of the Jacuzzi may be less pleasant. The accommodation is for a maximum of two people and no other guests are allowed. Out of respect for neighbors and the accommodation, no parties are allowed. Guest access You have access to your accommodation, the Jacuzzi area, the terrace and the garden. Other things to note To avoid extra costs, we do not charge for cleaning. This is carried out by us after each departure. However, we had to add a security deposit due to past abuse. A security deposit of €200 will therefore be pre-validated with Airbnb if the accommodation is excessively damaged (for example, sheets, towels and bathrobes recovered full of irrecoverable tomato sauce or products, food or excess makeup in the jacuzzi). If you are respectful of the accommodation, you won't have to worry about anything.
