A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too. The space The spacious bedroom can be configured as a king size bed or a twin. There is also a single bed if there is a third person. There is great wifi and a stylish writing desk if you need to do any work from home. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with double hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The living room hosts Apple TV and two comfortable leather armchairs to relax in. There is a bright ensuite shower room with a spacious shower. We will provide a welcome basket which will include some delicious fresh items for your stay; eggs, bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk, jams The Hayloft has been lovingly renovated by ourselves and is the epitome of rustic luxury. There is ample parking and a small patio area. Whilst we are happy for you to bring one dog - we would ask that you hoover up after your stay. We also insist that the dog is not left alone in the property at any time. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a dog as we need to remove particular rugs. There are some wonderful walks close to us and we can provide you with details and a map when you arrive. We have a wonderful traditional country pub just 50m away called the ‘Home Sweet Home’. Perfect for a relaxed drink or meal out. There is another village pub called the Chequers in the next door village - just 10 minutes walk away. You are spoilt for choice! The village of Benson is a mile away and has some great amenities like; cafes, supermarket, shops, takeaways, garage, playground etc. The picturesque village of Warborough is also a couple of miles away (or a great 30 minute walk/cycle) and is a lovely place to soak up the countryside. Oxford City Centre is extremely easy to get to and there is a fantastic Park and Ride option of preferred. This really is a home from home and we cannot wait to welcome you!
